This will be my answer to what kind of person A-too is looking for. Ingenuity and improvement come only when you are motivated and work hard at the work in front of you.
A lot of people who work at A-too start out with absolutely no experience. Many people who are now active in management positions also start with no experience at all. Even I myself started with no experience in hiring.
